Yes, all books are required to meet the following Book Condition Requirements:

All required CDs, or other supplemental materials are included.  Unacceptable books are defined as:

* Books that are water damaged, molded, mildewed or have stains of any kind
* Books that have missing or loose pages or covers
* Books with a broken or damaged spine/binding
* Books that have excessive highlighting, underlining or markings inside book
* Study guides, lab manuals, and other fill-in books with answers written in them must have fewer than 5 pages written on
* INSTRUCTOR EDITIONS or FREE/COMPLIMENTARY COPIES can be purchased but the price paid will be reduced by 75% off the buyback quote.

If we receive unacceptable books or books that are not on your buyback list, those books will be immediately discarded or donated..........unfortunately books cannot be returned.

We will pay you within 24 hours of receipt of the book(s) via paypal or check.  You will be prompted to choose your preferred method of payment as you fill out the electronic form to finalize your transaction.

1) Package up the books in either a bubble mailer or small cardboard box (then add newspaper or other filler to cushion the books inside the box).

2) Print off the pre-paid shipping label that was emailed to you and tape it securely to the box.

3) Drop off the package at your nearest UPS retail location or drop box (not at the post office).

Our system tells you which books to buy and how much to pay for them. Its that simple, learning to use our system takes less than 15 minutes then you can begin buying books.

A computer and an internet connection are all you need to buy the books, then boxes and tape to ship them to us (at our expense).  A retail scanner is helpful, but not required.

We provide training over the phone (typically takes fifteen to thirty minutes) and are always available to answer questions via email or additional phone sessions.  Our software is very intuitive and easy to use.
